Service boundaries
We act as a purchasing service provider, not the product seller.
- Customers select the seller, product link and specifications. ChinaCarty executes the confirmed purchasing instructions.
- We do not guarantee third-party product authenticity, hidden defects, seller performance, customs outcomes or delivery dates.
- If our staff purchases a different confirmed link, color, size, model or quantity, we refund the affected item or buy the correct item under our Refund Policy.
- Counterfeit, infringing, dangerous, prohibited and unsupported restricted goods are not accepted.

How much is the service fee?
Purchasing / buying fee (goods stage): CNY 6 when the actual item price is CNY 100 or less, otherwise 5% of the item price. Domestic shipping is not part of the fee base. International shipping has no ChinaCarty service fee; you pay shipping and any optional services you confirm.
How can my item price be lower?
When staff buy for you, we apply store coupons that are available at that time. Coupons are not always available, and the confirmed quote shows the actual price.
When do I find out the international shipping cost?
Typical shipping is quoted after warehouse weigh-in. Ask for a rough range for your country and weight when you inquire; the confirmed quote depends on weight, dimensions, destination, item type and available routes. See the shipping guide for details.
How long can items be stored?
Items are stored free for 30 days from the date they arrive at the warehouse.
