One piece, one pack or one carton?
Stationery listings may offer individual pens, sets, refills and replacement parts together. Paper products may count sheets or pages differently. State the contents of each selling unit, the number of units wanted and your expected total quantity. Convert prices to the same unit before comparing an individual item with a full pack.
Specify the paper and writing requirements
For notebooks, confirm paper dimensions, weight in gsm, binding, ruling and page count. For pens, specify tip size, ink type and color. Larger paper orders can add substantial shipping weight. Office electronics and projectors belong in the technology category; an office use case does not make them paper-and-pen stationery.
Agree customization and special handling first
For printed logos or custom covers, confirm artwork, dimensions, colors, minimum quantities and sample approval. Ink, glue and other liquids, as well as scissors and similar tools, need a separate shipping-eligibility check. Being stationery does not make an item acceptable on every route. Confirm return conditions for customized goods before ordering.
