Send the exact JD.com product and variant
Provide the listing link, model, selected colour or capacity, quantity and destination city and postcode. For a monitor, specify size and interfaces rather than only the product series. Listing prices may depend on configuration, membership or a promotion. Staff confirm the price for your selected items, availability and domestic delivery before you approve purchasing.
Compare full model numbers, even within one series (hypothetical example)
For illustration, suppose a monitor listing advertises model A with a 24-inch screen, while you need model A-B, 27 inches and specified interfaces. Sharing a product series does not make the advertised price applicable or confirm that a similar model is the one you approved. Keep the selected-SKU screenshot and record the full model, regional version, interfaces and included accessories before checking its actual quote. Verify the power range against the product or power-adapter label and manual, rather than inferring it from a model suffix or plug shape. Check seller and warranty terms
Identify the seller, dispatch party and after-sales terms instead of assuming every JD listing has the same seller. Ask about invoices, warranty documents and accessories before buying. Separate purchasing fees from shipping
The basic buying fee is CNY 6 for a product amount up to and including CNY 100, or 5% above CNY 100. Domestic delivery is separate, and specialist checks or packaging require an agreed quote. International shipping is confirmed after warehouse measurement; stage two has no service fee. Foreign-currency amounts are indicative until the quote and exchange rate are confirmed.
Warehouse checks and onward delivery
Basic checks cover quantity, agreed options and obvious exterior damage, rather than full functional testing. Agree any power-on tests, photos or specific acceptance standards beforehand. Reinforcement can increase parcel volume. Shipping depends on measured dimensions, weight, item attributes and destination, or you can request handover to your nominated forwarder.

Can a plug adapter make a mainland version suitable overseas?
A plug adapter alone does not establish suitability. Provide the destination requirements and check the exact model and supplied power adapter for input voltage, frequency, plug and intended use. Until those details are confirmed, do not treat a mainland version as suitable for overseas use. Agree the scope and cost of any specialist checks first.
Can I use the mainland warranty overseas?
Do not assume so. Before payment, identify the actual seller, full model and regional version, then ask for the warranty's coverage regions, required documents, repair process and costs. Acceptance and deadlines for a return from overseas also need confirmation. Buying assistance does not extend the seller's warranty promise.
Does finding a JD product mean it can ship abroad?
No. Search is a selection tool. Availability, specifications, purchase acceptance and transport eligibility still require confirmation, particularly for batteries, large appliances and fragile products.
Can I return an item I bought?
