Douyin shopping is separate from TikTok Shop
This guide covers manual assistance with products sold through China's Douyin marketplace. A Douyin product link is not a TikTok Shop order. Overseas buyers can submit product details for checks of the seller, options, availability, purchase conditions and shipping feasibility. Send the real product link and selected SKU
Select Douyin on the homepage and provide a real product URL or the complete share text containing it. The manual form accepts recognized Douyin product links or v.douyin.com short links for manual review. Include the full product title, seller, colour, size, model and quantity. Product-page or selected-SKU screenshots help explain the request; they do not replace a link. If you only have an image, use Professional Sourcing to request a product search first. An image is not approval to buy an unidentified item.
Reconfirm livestream, coupon and presale prices
A displayed low price may depend on a variant, campaign window, quantity or personal account. Confirm your selected SKU, current stock, actual purchase terms, domestic delivery and the seller's dispatch arrangements. Livestream prices, personal coupons and expired promotions are not automatically available to our purchasing account. Presale or custom orders also require payment, cancellation and dispatch terms. If price or stock changes, we contact you or cancel according to your instruction; we do not buy another item without approval.
Approve the exact item and quote before purchasing
Enter the product name, selected options, quantity, contact details and destination. Choose contact first with no substitution, or cancel the item with no substitution, for stock or price changes. Add any maximum budget, packaging or confirmation instructions. The team reviews the request and contacts you about the quote; submitting the form does not place an order. Similar appearance is not permission to change the seller, model or SKU. New candidates need your renewed approval.
Buying fees, shipping and optional photos
For ordinary purchasing, the buying fee is CNY 6 on an actual goods amount up to and including CNY 100, or 5% above CNY 100. Domestic delivery is separate and excluded from the fee base. CNY 200 of goods plus CNY 10 domestic delivery gives a CNY 10 buying fee and CNY 220 purchasing-stage payment. There is no service fee on international shipping; freight and agreed extras remain payable, with destination taxes checked separately. Each item includes 2–3 free warehouse photos; extras are optional. Specialist sourcing, customization, detailed inspection or testing needs its own agreed scope and quote.
Check warehouse inspection, returns and shipping separately
Basic warehouse checks cover quantity, confirmed options, visible damage and obvious differences, rather than authenticity verification or complete functional testing. Request any power-on test, specialist inspection or special packing before purchasing and agree its scope. ChinaCarty is a buying agent only: items bought as you confirmed cannot be returned or refunded; refunds apply only if we could not buy an item or bought the wrong item. Flag batteries, liquids, fragile or bulky goods and check Chinese export rules, destination import rules and carrier conditions. Shipping prices depend on packed weight, dimensions, attributes and destination.

The team reviews the details and contacts you; the form does not automatically buy from the Douyin seller.

Can I inquire if a Douyin short link does not show the product automatically?
Provide the complete share text containing the v.douyin.com link, full product name, seller and selected options for manual review. Accepting a short link does not confirm the item. Verify the actual product before approving purchase.
Can I buy using only a livestream screenshot?
A screenshot alone is not a valid product link or order. Obtain the link from the seller or product page. With only an image, select Professional Sourcing on the homepage to request a search, then confirm the source and item before discussing purchase.
Do you guarantee the livestream discount?
No. Campaigns, SKUs, stock, account and payment conditions may change. The team verifies the actual purchase conditions before quoting; price changes require confirmation.
Can every Douyin product ship internationally?
No. Purchase and shipping eligibility are checked separately. Provide accurate attributes and the destination so export, import and carrier conditions can be reviewed before purchasing.
