What to send for a quote
Share product links, selected options, sizes, colours and quantities, plus your Malaysian delivery city and postcode. Specify West or East Malaysia because available routes and charges may differ. Products from supported marketplaces can be searched; other links can be reviewed manually.
Confirm purchasing and shipping eligibility first
Staff check the seller price, domestic shipping, stock and specifications before purchase. Batteries, liquids, food and cosmetics may face route restrictions: disclose these before ordering. A product being available from a seller does not confirm that it can be shipped internationally.
Warehouse receipt and onward shipping
Basic inspection checks quantity, confirmed options and obvious exterior damage. After consolidation, the parcel is weighed and measured. International shipping is quoted using chargeable weight, product attributes, destination and available routes. Final shipping costs and delivery dates are not guaranteed before warehouse measurement.
Paying in Malaysian ringgit
Purchasing fee: CNY 6 for products up to and including CNY 100, or 5% above CNY 100; domestic shipping is separate. International shipping has no service fee: only freight and confirmed optional services are charged. MYR displays are indicative; payment uses the exchange rate in your confirmed quote. Destination taxes and clearance requirements must be checked for the shipment.

For a ChinaCarty purchasing request, send the product link and exact options. Staff confirm a quote and purchase after your approval and payment, so you do not need to complete that Taobao checkout yourself. Payment methods depend on the options actually available for your confirmed quote.
Does one shipping quote cover both West and East Malaysia?
Do not assume so. Include your city, state and postcode. Staff check available routes, product attributes and chargeable parcel weight for that destination. Without final parcel measurements, a discussion of shipping costs is an estimate rather than a confirmed quote.
Can purchases from different shops be combined?
You can request consolidation after all parcels have arrived and been checked. Fragile items, liquids, batteries or awkward shapes may need separate packing or routes. Packaging options, additional charges and any saving depend on the measured shipment, not just the number of orders.
