The 10% purchasing fee includes goods and international freight
Another platform calculates its purchasing service fee as (goods cost + international freight) × 10%, so international freight also contributes a 10% service fee. For a goods fee base of CNY 200 and international freight of CNY 300, the purchasing service fee is CNY 50: CNY 20 on goods and CNY 30 on freight. Standalone forwarding is a different service, charged at CNY 10 per parcel + international freight × 10%; do not automatically add the two service fees together. Check the quote's goods-cost definition for any inclusion of domestic delivery. ChinaCarty's ordinary purchasing fee uses the actual goods amount only, excluding domestic delivery. There is no service fee on international shipping, and we do not add a 5% or 10% service fee on international freight. Freight itself is still payable.
Zero purchasing fees: check declaration fees and freight
A zero purchasing fee waives only that charge, not the full cost of an order. This example assumes another platform charges a separate customs declaration fee on every order. If its freight quote is at least 1.5 times ChinaCarty's under matching shipping conditions, compare declaration fees, freight and other charges together. Most ChinaCarty orders have no separate declaration fee; we charge it only when required by the courier and itemize it in the quote before payment. Check destination duties, import taxes and other agreed charges separately; one service-fee figure does not establish the final total.
Which fee is free? Compare the complete bill
Free purchasing does not make products, currency conversion, shipping or every other service free, and it does not establish the lowest final price. Use the same seller and product variants. Ask for the actual goods price, domestic delivery, service-fee base and amount, optional services, international freight and surcharges, and exchange rate plus payment-provider charges. Shipping comparisons also need matching parcel dimensions, weight, destination postcode, insurance and tax coverage. Compare only confirmed costs when information is incomplete.

Consider ChinaCarty if you want manual product and variant confirmation before payment, an itemized first-stage buying fee, and no further ChinaCarty service fee at stage two.
