Compare measurements, not just S, M and L
Sizing can differ between sellers. Measure a well-fitting garment laid flat and compare chest, shoulder, garment length or trouser length with the seller's chart. Establish whether a measurement refers to the body or the garment. Specify your critical dimensions. Any additional measurement service needs agreement in advance; basic receiving checks are not a full fit assessment.
Match fabric and color to the exact option
One listing may contain different seasons, thicknesses or materials. Keep a screenshot of the selected color and model and check the available fabric-label information. Screen colors may differ from the physical item. If color accuracy affects your use, agree what to check before purchase. For branded goods, consider seller provenance and available invoices or other source documents.
Resolve visible differences before overseas dispatch
Warehouse checks can cover quantities, confirmed size labels and obvious damage. Basic inspection is not brand authentication or a guarantee of fit. ChinaCarty is a buying agent only: items bought in the size and colour you confirmed cannot be returned or refunded, so check the size chart before ordering. Specify whether shoe boxes, gift boxes and tags must be retained before consolidation.
