Measure the space before choosing a variant
Photos of storage boxes, shelving and home accessories do not reliably convey size. Measure where the item will go and distinguish exterior dimensions, usable interior space and packed dimensions. A listing may offer an accessory, a single item and a complete set at different prices. For assembly, check whether fixings and instructions are included.
A lightweight item can still be bulky to ship
Empty containers, lampshades and cushions may weigh little but take up substantial space. Include the seller's packing dimensions and any flat-pack option in your inquiry. Chargeable weight must be checked against actual warehouse measurements and route rules. Disassembly can affect assembly effort and protective packaging as well as shipping cost.
Identify fragile and electrical items separately
Glass, ceramic and mirrored items need a packing discussion. Battery-powered or mains-powered home equipment requires checks of battery attributes, voltage and plug type. Basic warehouse checks cover confirmed options, quantities and obvious exterior differences; they are not electrical testing or destination-country compliance certification.
