ChinaCarty is the team's service brand for overseas customers, carrying forward the same purchasing experience and service team.

Our team has also helped purchasing customers coordinate testing against applicable FDA requirements and prepare relevant compliance documentation. The work is arranged for the specific product and intended use, with laboratories and other specialist service providers as needed.

For clothing, textiles, household goods and other purchasing categories, we help customers and suppliers review product information, labels and the documentation required for the agreed destination. Where testing or certification is needed, we coordinate sample submission and specialist services based on the product's intended use.
Support throughout the purchasing process
Before purchase: review product specifications, destination and documentation needs. During purchase: coordinate supplier information, sample inspection and testing services. Before dispatch: check that the agreed reports, product details and labeling materials are available, and help customers follow up on missing information.
Service scope, tests, documentation and fees are agreed for each project. Laboratory findings and certificates apply to the samples, models and test items stated in the documents. Our team coordinates purchasing and related specialist services; reports and certification decisions are issued by the relevant organizations.
What we do
We manually review product links, confirm price and specifications, purchase after customer approval, receive goods in China, perform basic exterior checks, support agreed factory inspection work, consolidate parcels and coordinate international delivery.

ChinaCarty is a purchasing service provider and logistics coordinator. We are not the manufacturer, original seller, marketplace or customs authority.

China-side purchasing and warehouse coordination are carried out by our China operations team; on China-side materials the warehouse/ops appear as Henan Kangbiying Trading Co., Ltd. (河南康碧瀛商贸有限公司), founded in 2015. ChinaCarty LLC remains the website operating entity in the United States—the US LLC and the China company are described separately.
Business model & transparent fees
Customers may top up a USD shopping balance for their own ChinaCarty purchases and confirmed costs. Purchasing / buying fee is CNY 6 up to CNY 100 of goods, otherwise 5%; there is no ChinaCarty service fee on international shipping. International shipping is quoted separately after warehouse measurement. Free storage lasts 30 calendar days from receipt. The balance offers no interest or customer-to-customer transfers; customer support handles refunds under the Refund Policy.
