After goods arrive at the China warehouse, basic checks cover quantity, the confirmed colour/size/model, obvious exterior damage and visible differences. Optional warehouse photos are available at the published rate. Detailed inspection, power-on tests, reinforcement or laboratory coordination require an agreed scope and separate quote.
Factory visits and supplier checks
For factory goods, customization or larger orders, you may request on-site or remote factory checks. Locations, feasibility, tasks, scheduling, costs and deliverables are agreed per project. Sending an inquiry does not book a visit. Reports reflect the agreed scope and available information; they do not guarantee every product’s quality or a supplier’s future performance.
Central China coordination
Purchasing, warehouse coordination and inspection support are handled by ChinaCarty’s China-side operations team (China company founded in 2015). ChinaCarty LLC remains the website operating entity in the United States. The two entities stay separate in our company information.
How to request inspection
Share the product link or supplier details, specifications, quantity, destination country and what you need checked. We confirm whether warehouse QC, photos, factory visit or specialist testing fits the project, then quote the agreed extras separately from the ordinary stage-one purchasing fee (CNY 6 / 5%).
