Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the website, submit a request, approve a quote or pay for a ChinaCarty service.
Effective and last updated: August 18, 2026 · Operated by ChinaCarty LLC
1. Contracting entity and role
The website and services are provided by ChinaCarty LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide customer-directed manual purchasing, seller communication, warehouse receiving, basic inspection, optional photos, consolidation, packing and international shipping coordination. We are not the manufacturer, original seller, marketplace, payment institution, carrier or customs authority.
2. Eligibility and order acceptance
Customers must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. An inquiry is not an accepted order. A purchasing engagement begins only after our review, the customer's final quote approval and successful payment. We may request supporting information or reject or cancel orders that present legal, fraud, payment, product, destination or fulfilment risk.
3. Quotes and fees
Product prices, stock, discounts and domestic shipping may change. The first payment covers confirmed product cost, domestic shipping and the purchasing fee: CNY 6 for a product amount up to CNY 100, or 5% above CNY 100. International shipping is confirmed after warehouse measurement.
4. Payment purpose
Payments are consideration for specified goods, service fees, shipping and optional services for an approved order. Funds are used only to execute that customer-directed order. We do not provide deposits, stored value, escrow, money transmission, currency exchange, lending, investment, cash withdrawal or third-party transfers unrelated to a genuine purchase.
5. Customer information and lawful use
Customers must provide accurate contact, product, payer, recipient and customs information. The service may not be used for illegal, stolen, counterfeit, infringing, sanctioned, export-controlled or destination-prohibited goods, fraudulent payments, money laundering or funds from unlawful sources.
6. Verification and restricted transactions
To meet fraud prevention, sanctions, export control, customs and other legal obligations, we may verify identity, source of payment, recipient, transaction purpose or product details. We may pause, refuse, cancel or report a transaction where required by law and refund unused funds under the Refund Policy.
7. Product and inspection limits
Customers select the independent seller, product and variant. Basic inspection covers quantity, selected color or size, obvious damage and visible differences; it does not determine authenticity, material, hidden defects or performance. Optional warehouse photos cost US$0.30 each, and enhanced inspection must be agreed separately.
8. Refunds and payment disputes
Refund eligibility and amount are governed by the Refund and After-Sales Policy, the seller's actual refund and third-party payment rules. Contact trust@chinacarty.com promptly about duplicate, unauthorized or disputed payments. A customer may not obtain duplicate recovery from ChinaCarty and a payment provider for the same loss.
9. Storage, shipping and customs
We provide 30 calendar days of free storage from warehouse receipt. Seller return periods do not pause. Independent carriers perform international transport; estimated delivery and customs outcomes are not guaranteed. We do not accept false product descriptions, false customs values or requests to evade customs, sanctions or carrier rules.
10. Our execution error and non-waivable rights
If we purchase a link, color, size, model or quantity different from the final confirmed instructions, the remedies in the Refund Policy apply. Limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Questions may be sent to trust@chinacarty.com.
