International shipping is quoted after goods arrive and the packed parcel can be measured.

Chargeable weight
Carriers normally charge the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is commonly length × width × height in centimetres divided by 5,000 or 6,000, depending on the route.
Restricted goods
Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics and branded goods may require special routes. Dangerous, prohibited, counterfeit or infringing goods are not accepted.
Customs and taxes
The recipient is generally responsible for destination duties, VAT/GST, clearance fees and required import information. We cannot control customs inspections, valuations, delays, returns or seizures. We do not accept false descriptions, under-declared values or requests to evade customs, sanctions, export controls or carrier rules.
Consolidation and storage
We can remove unnecessary domestic packaging and consolidate parcels. Free storage is provided for 30 calendar days from warehouse receipt; later storage must be agreed separately.
