Purchase and warehouse receiving
After confirmation, we purchase manually and check quantity, selected variant and obvious exterior damage when the goods arrive.
Measure, consolidate and ship
We measure actual and volumetric weight, present available international routes and arrange shipment after your approval.
Transparent pricing
No hidden markup presented as free purchasing.
The first payment covers the confirmed product cost, China domestic shipping and purchasing service fee. International shipping is quoted after warehouse measurement.
Product cost
Based on the actual price available to our purchasing account at the time of manual checkout.
Purchasing service fee
CNY 6 when the product amount is CNY 100 or less; 5% of the product amount above CNY 100.
Optional photos
Warehouse photos cost US$0.30 per photo. Customers may choose no photos.
International shipping
Calculated after arrival using measured weight, package dimensions, destination, route and product attributes.
Service boundaries
We act as a purchasing service provider, not the product seller.
Customers select the seller, product link and specifications. ChinaCarty executes the confirmed purchasing instructions.
We do not guarantee third-party product authenticity, hidden defects, seller performance, customs outcomes or delivery dates.
If our staff purchases a different confirmed link, color, size, model or quantity, our after-sales policy defines the direct remedies we provide.
Counterfeit, infringing, dangerous, prohibited and unsupported restricted goods are not accepted.
