1. Information we collect
We may collect contact and identity details; recipient, address and customs information; product links and specifications; quotes, orders, refunds and payment references; customer communications; warehouse images and parcel measurements; and basic website data such as IP address, browser, device, request time and necessary cookies. If you use Google Sign-In, Google provides an account identifier, name, email address and profile image with your consent. We never receive or store your Google password.
2. Sources and purposes
Information may come from you, a designated recipient, submitted product pages, sellers, warehouses, carriers, payment providers, fraud-prevention services or public authorities. We use it to quote and fulfil orders, process payments and refunds, support customs, communicate, keep business records, secure the website and prevent fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations and prohibited transactions.
3. Necessary sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only necessary data with sellers and suppliers, warehouses and inspectors, payment providers and banks, carriers and customs agents, website hosting and security providers, professional advisers, customs and regulators.
4. Payment information
Cards and digital wallets are processed by independent payment providers. ChinaCarty does not store full card numbers or CVV. We may receive payment status, amount, currency, payment method type, limited card details and transaction references.
5. International processing
ChinaCarty LLC is registered in the United States, while purchasing, warehouse coordination and fulfilment involve China and customer destinations. Information may therefore be processed in the United States, China and other countries needed for carriage or customs, where privacy laws may differ.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, tax, customs, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations, then delete, anonymize or restrict it. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no online system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
7. Cookies
The website uses a necessary HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite cookie to maintain a customer session, and may use similar technology for functionality, security, abuse prevention and language preferences. If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, we will update this policy and provide choices where required.
8. Rights and minors
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction or objection. Identity verification and lawful record retention may apply. The service is intended for adults and not directed to anyone under 18.
